Plastic reconstructive facial surgery
Endoscopic plastic surgery is significantly improved by new and innovative RZ facelift instruments. The unique handle design enables increased tactility by simply rolling the thumb and index finger. Control and comfort are therefore guaranteed at all times.
These versatile instruments are specifically designed for precise dissection work on fascia, muscle and periosteum. Mouldable and insulated shafts adapt to the contours of the face.
Lateral Osteotomy Forceps
The lateral Osteotomy is a technique developed and patented by Prof. Guastella.
The surgery requires the new designed Nasal Rhinoplasy Forceps. It is the ideal instrument for an accurate cut in osteotomies only with a single hand movement.
- Precise and safe cut
- Easy and fast execution
- Mild edema and ecchymosis
- Optimal for double osteotomies
- Minimal soft tissue trauma
- Always complete osteotomy (also in previous fractures)
Earlobe correction
The earlobe correction clamp according to Lotter is a surgical method for treating split, enlarged, torn or torn-out earlobes. This problem is usually caused by unfavourably positioned ear holes with little distance to the edge of the earlobe, wearing heavy earrings or tear-out injuries. The complaints are mostly of an aesthetic nature, with the desire for correction.
The earlobe correction clamp, which was developed based on the idea and initiative of Prof Lotter, offers significant relief during corrective procedures on the earlobe. As well as minimising bleeding, the instrument’s rear metal plate provides excellent tissue resistance and safety when working with the scalpel. The length and weight of the handpiece keep the earlobe in the correct and stable position for the surgeon.
